Textbooks were donated to Cura Secondary School on 31st March 2016. The school was started in 2013 to cater for students who had no chance of secondary education due to poverty and those who had to walk long distances to get to a secondary school, since there were no secondary schools within the vicinity. The books were presented to the school by the Chairman, Mr. Mihir Chalishazar, The Convener of the Library Committee, Mr. Arun Shah, and members of the Library Committee Mr. Suli Shah, Mr. Mukesh Desai and Agnes Gomes. Mr. Suli Shah played an important role in supporting and assisting the school.
The Principal of the School Mr. Johnstone Njoroge, students, teachers and parents who graced the occasion
expressed their gratitude to Foundation and Mr. S. Shah for the invaluable support given to the school.
Through the books donation the quality of education improves and students get better grades.
