The school is located in the remote area of Witu.
The nearby population comes from very poor families with 25% being either orphans or with single parents.
Education is the most solid road leading out of poverty. All children have the right to an education but still too many are left behind.
The textbooks were presented to Hon. Dr. Betty Tett Ph.D. CBS who accepted the donation on behalf of the school. She expressed her gratitude to the Foundation for taking the initiative to promote better Education in the country.
